Please check compatibility before purchase as they are really designed to work on fast pro lenses such as 300mm f2.8, 400mm f2.8, 500mm f4 etc and not lenses such as 18-105, 18-200, 18-300, 55-300, 70-300 etc etc etc – As will not fit, and may damage lens etc etc
