The Metz SCA 386 is a dedicated electronic flash adapter designed specifically to connect Bronica ETRSi and SQ-Ai camera bodies with sophisticated Metz handle-mount (hammerhead) flashguns (such as the Metz Mecablitz 45 CL-4, 45 CT-4, or 60 CT-4 series) to enable true Through-The-Lens (TTL) flash metering.
