Description

The Delkin DDREADER-48 is a multi-card reader that uses USB 3.0 and supports the latest generation of high-speed CFast 2.0, Secure Digital UHS-II and microSD cards. In addition to the three card slots, it has a USB 3.0 port on the front to allow other USB devices including flash drives to be attached.

There are two Secure Digital card slots: one for full-size SD cards including UHS-I and UHS-II and a microSD slot that supports UHS-I. The CFast slot supports CFast 1.0/1.1 and CFast 2.0 cards. The main SD slot operates smoothly and cards insert about 3/4-inch deep into the reader leaving about one third of the card still outside the reader. The main SD card slots supports UHS-II but the microSD slot does not. The micro slot is slightly oversize and the card must be level and centered to insert. Once aligned the microSD card inserts securely with ample card remaining outside the reader to faciliate removal. The CFast slot is about 5/8-inch deep.
