Item Description
The Nikon Nikkor 50mm f/1.2 AI-S is a classic manual-focus prime lens, prized for its exceptionally bright maximum aperture and distinctive rendering. Ideal for portraiture, available-light photography and creative shallow depth-of-field effects, it produces beautifully blurred backgrounds and allows photographers to work in challenging lighting conditions. Its precise manual focusing and solid construction offer a wonderfully tactile shooting experience, while the versatile 50mm focal length makes it suitable for a wide range of subjects. A highly regarded lens for Nikon F-mount film cameras, it can also be used on compatible Nikon DSLR and mirrorless cameras with the appropriate adapter.
